Ordering & Payments

We accept payment via credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover) and Interac e-Transfer. Credit card payments are accepted directly on the checkout page. If you select Interac e-Transfer, you will be emailed instructions on how to pay after submitting your order. Please be aware that your order will be in "pending" status and will not be processed until your Interac payment is received and confirmed by a member of our team.

No, sorry. We only accept electronic payments to keep our operations as lean and streamlined as possible.

Our inventory levels fluctuate a great deal throughout the year, and sometimes we just don't have every item that appears in our online catalog. Our standard practice is to substitute any out of stock items with a similar item of equal or greater value. We do this to expedite the processing and shipping of your order. If you would prefer that we notify you of any out of stock items so you may choose a replacement, please let us know in the order notes field when you are checking out. We will contact you before substituting any items in your order. Please be aware that this may delay the processing and shipping of your order. 

Shipping & Returns

We provide free shipping on all orders over $100. All orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping rate of $25.

If your address is rural, or beyond normal shipping supply lines an extra fee may be assessed to ship your order to you. You will be contacted prior to shipping with the extra amount and be given the opportunity to approve or decline the extra charge and order.

We ship from 2 different distribution centers, one in Western Canada and one in Eastern Canada. Shipping takes anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on where you are in the country.

No, sorry. Family/consumer fireworks are classified as dangerous goods and require special handling and can not be shipped by air. As such there is no way to expedite your order beyond our normal shipping times.

If you know you are going to need fireworks for a specific date, it is advisable to order with as much lead time as possible to ensure you receive everything on time.

No, we do not accept returns. If a product arrives damaged or is defective we will provide a credit for the equivalent value so you can replace the item with your next order.
